General Information
Constructed in 2003, the park is located on the beach side of Sandy Beach Road. The park and gazebo offer benches, public beach access, fixed binoculars and a spectacular view of the coastal range and often whales. Interpretive panels feature information on humpback and Orca whales as well as other marine mammals which frequent Frederick Sound. 
 
In 2015, a covered picnic area was added with a bathroom.
